I typically recommend that new clients begin with four consecutive weekly sessions. This allows me to build trust and gather important information about current stressors. It’s the usual structure I follow during the initial phase of our work together.

Initial Contact
A new client reaches out to begin the process.

Consultation
A free 15-minute consultation is offered via phone call to explore fit and answer questions.

Session One
Introductory session so I can gather background information.

Session Two
I assess symptoms of anxiety and depression, if present, with FREE assessments.

Session Three
Identify current life stressors and worries.

Session Four
We review and discuss a treatment plan to guide future sessions.
