Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a powerful sense of connection by reducing feelings of isolation and showing participants they’re not alone in their struggles. It’s also a more accessible and affordable option for those seeking consistent support and community healing.

Healing Desde La Raiz

Healing Desde La Raíz is a virtual support group for first- and second-generation Latinx adults (18+) living in Texas. Hosted by the voices behind the Latinas Talkin’ Therapy podcast, this 6-week group meets weekly on Tuesdays via Zoom to explore identity challenges, set boundaries with family, heal generational trauma, strengthen communication, and build relational skills. The group is offered in English, Spanish, and Spanglish, and costs $80 per session or $450 if paid in full, with limited reduced-rate spots available. Teen (Youth) Processing Group

The Teen Processing Group is an in-person support group for teens ages 13–16, held weekly on Wednesdays from 6–7:15 PM at Casa de Luz in Austin, TX. Facilitated by Brianda Garcia, MA, LPC, and Savana Reyes, MA, LMFTA, the group helps teens explore identity, manage emotions, build confidence, and improve social skills. Topics include anxiety, depression, sexuality, and safety. Each session costs $70, with reduced rates available. The group provides a safe space for teens to connect, create community, and access helpful resources.

Boxing Summer Camp

Hosted in Buda, TX, this camp offers a fun, structured environment where kids can learn boxing fundamentals with a USA Boxing certified coach. Campers will build confidence, develop discipline, and participate in anti-bullying education led by myself, a licensed therapist.
