This processing group is designed to provide a supportive environment where adolescents can connect with peers, build confidence, and develop practical skills for managing stress, navigating friendships, and regulating emotions.

How It Works

Starting Group:

During Group Sessions:

1. Schedule a consultation
Start with a brief consultation call to make sure the group is the right fit for your teen. Your teen can join the call, or I can speak with you separately.

2. Schedule the first group session
Once we determine the group is a good fit, schedule your teen’s first session.

3. Attend the first session!
Your teen can meet the group, get comfortable, and begin building connections and skills in a supportive environment.

The first half of each session is dedicated to check-in and connection. Group members have an opportunity to share about their past week, current stressors, challenges, wins, or anything else they feel comfortable discussing.

The second half of the session focuses on a creative, hands-on activity designed to engage both sides of the brain. Through these activities, teens will learn practical coping skills, explore important topics, and gain knowledge they can apply to their everyday lives.
