This group is designed to provide a supportive environment where adolescents can connect with peers, build confidence, and develop practical skills for managing stress, navigating friendships, and regulating emotions.

 

It also serves as a step-down level of care for teens transitioning from PHP or IOP programs who would benefit from continued support.

 

The group incorporates guided discussions and interactive activities to promote engagement, skill-building, and meaningful connection.​​
