​During our first session, I'll learn more about your life and begin creating a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

​In our second session, we'll gauge your current anxiety and depression levels with assessments.

In session three, we will determine root causes for your anxiety and depression and how they affect your daily life.

COUNSELING vs THERAPY

The terms therapy and counseling are often used interchangeably, with differences usually coming down to a provider’s training or approach.

For me, the focus isn’t on giving advice- it’s about creating a space where you can explore your thoughts, gain insight, and make sense of your experiences. Through thoughtful questions and collaboration, you’re supported in connecting the pieces in a way that feels true to you. You are the expert of your own life.

Please note that I do not prescribe medication, and my services are distinct from life coaching.

MY SPECIALTIES & APPROACH

I specialize in supporting teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, including Spanish-speaking clients.

My approach to therapy draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and other evidence-based methods, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

MY CLIENTS

I work with individuals ages 12 and up, and I’ve found that teens and young adults often feel comfortable and supported in sharing their experiences with me.

Sessions are offered in both English and Spanish.

VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON SESSIONS

I offer both virtual and in-person counseling sessions.

 

If you’re wondering where to start, I usually recommend an in-person session for your first visit; it’s a great way to get a feel for the experience and connect face-to-face.
