Group Therapy

Here are my current group therapy offerings—take a look and see what resonates!

Therapy Process:
I typically recommend that new clients begin with four consecutive weekly sessions. This allows me to build trust and gather important information about current stressors. It’s the usual structure I follow during the initial phase of our work together.

  1. Initial Contact
    A new client reaches out to begin the process.

  2. Consultation
    A free 15-minute consultation is offered via phone or Zoom to explore fit and answer questions.

  3. Session One
    An introductory session to begin getting to know each other.

  4. Session Two
    We begin assessing symptoms of anxiety and depression, if present.

  5. Session Three
    We identify current life stressors and start exploring their impact.

  6. Session Four
    We review and discuss a treatment plan to guide future sessions.
